Custom Buffet Menus

Customize your next lunch or dinner buffet! We suggest you select 1-2 entree items, optional vegetarian entree, 2 - 3 sides, 1 - 2 salads and bread of choice to create a customized buffet menu.
Plated vegetarian or special dietary menu also available to coincide with buffet service.

The average price includes: menu price, catering and bar staffing, table setting, tax, admin fee and suggested gratuity - itemized on our detailed custom menu proposals. 

 

Average total pricing for full service events start at $150pp for 100 guests and includes all items listed above (not just the food).

This average price can go up or down based on your specific needs, guest count and event location.

Boy am I glad we chose Calla! My wife and I booked them for our wedding for both catering and day of coordination. Not only was the food absolutely delicious and perfect for a spring barn wedding, but also their service was impeccable. Three months later, we're still getting compliments on the food!

 

The staff was attentive, friendly, and extremely efficient. In addition, Kim was an absolute PLEASURE to work with, she made our day truly wonderful and we could not have asked for anything more. She was SO down to Earth and literally catered to our every need.

 

It rained on our wedding day and normally that could cause a lot unneeded stress (especially for two brides!) but Kim completely put us at ease and made the absolute best of everything. Want a perfect event? Choose Cava :)
